Councillor Perks Community Meeting: Development Application for 2720 Dundas St West

City Councillor Gord Perks is holding a community consultation meeting where you can learn more about this application, ask questions, and share your comments. City Planning staff and a representative from the development team will be in attendance.

The developer of 2720 Dundas St West has applied to the City of Toronto for a Zoning By-law Amendment to build a 12-storey mixed-use building with 15,035 square metres of floor area containing 173 dwelling units, a below grade parking lot with 93 parking spaces and additional bicycle parking on the ground floor.
